Terms of Service

Welcome to Cura. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cura mobile application, website at cura.coppn.app, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). Cura is operated by coppn (“Cura,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By downloading, accessing, or using Cura, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Using Cura

Cura is a personal style assistant that helps you save fashion items, compare prices across retailers, and organize looks. You may use Cura only if you are at least 13 years old and able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

You agree to:

  • Use Cura for lawful, personal purposes
  • Provide accurate account information
  • Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

2. Accounts & subscriptions

Some features of Cura require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Cura may offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases through the Apple App Store. Billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. Subscription features and pricing may change with notice where required by law.

3. Your content

You may upload photos, screenshots, links, and other content to Cura (“Your Content”). You retain ownership of Your Content. By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to operate and improve the Service — including running AI analysis to identify items and surface product matches.

You represent that:

  • You have the right to submit Your Content
  • Your Content does not infringe others' rights
  • Your Content complies with applicable laws

We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. AI recommendations

Cura uses automated tools, including vision AI, to detect clothing items in images and suggest products from third-party retailers. Recommendations are provided for convenience and may not be exact matches. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, pricing, or fit of any suggested product.

5. Third-party retailers & purchases

Cura may link to or display products from retailers such as Amazon, H&M, and others. Cura does not sell products directly. Purchases are completed on third-party sites under those retailers' terms.

We are not responsible for third-party products, pricing, shipping, returns, or customer service.

6. Intellectual property

Cura's software, design, branding, and underlying technology are owned by coppn. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or use our trademarks without permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload harmful, misleading, or illegal content
  • Scrape, crawl, or overload the Service without authorization
  • Harass others or use the Service to spam or exploit users
  • Circumvent security or access controls

8. Availability & changes

Cura is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may modify features, update these Terms, or temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Cura is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100)

10. Termination

You may stop using Cura at any time and delete your account through the app or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if use poses risk to Cura or others, or if required by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
